You earn Free Siteler Dollars in three ways:

How do I get a refund?

You never have to worry about buying Siteler Dollars because you can always get a refund. Here's how it works:

• If you ever cancel a service or miss an appointment we will credit your Siteler Dollar balance so you can schedule another service in the future.
• If you ever want a cash refund for Siteler Dollars you purchased, just contact us and let us know you want a refund. We will take what you paid, add some of the bonus Siteler Dollars we gave you, and subtract the services that were performed on your vehicle. Refunds are given on a full account basis: we will refund your entire account at once.
